Responsibilities
  • Sell Farmers Insurance products to new and existing clients
  • Conduct needs-based sales conversations and close business
  • Work warm leads from the agencys existing book of business
  • Generate new opportunities through networking, events, referrals, and follow-up
  • Cross-sell life insurance to current P&C customers
  • Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales goals
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and track activity in the agency CRM
  • Build long-term client relationships that lead to renewals and referrals
  • Follow all state and Farmers Insurance compliance requirements
