We are an independent agency focused on life, health, and wealth. Our mission is to help and serve as many families as possible across the United States with a variety of solutions.

We are seeking a new Insurance Sales Agent (Remote) Full/Part-Time to join our team. Your role will be to initiate contact with potential customers, identify needs, cultivate new business opportunities, and build solutions that drive sales. Additionally, you will cultivate relationships within your customer base using our innovative lead based system meaning you aren't going to be cold calling un-interested prospects.

You will report to our local agency manager.

What You Will Do:

• Contact and visit with prospective clients.

• Provide a solution suitable for their needs.

• Process their application and maintain a clear line of communication with the prospect.

• You will create referrals and secondary sales through strong client relationships.

• Conduct regular business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.

• Please note this position is 1099/commission only with no caps or quotas, incentives, and bonuses. Each sale earns approximately $500 in commission.
