Insurance Customer Service Representative

Locations: Daytona Beach, FL

Pay: $17.00/hr (English) | $18.50/hr (Spanish Bilingual)

Start Date: September 9, 2026

We are hiring Customer Service Representatives to support an Insurance Servicing team. This is a great opportunity for individuals with customer service or call center experience who enjoy helping customers and solving problems.

Schedule
  • First 45 days: Fully onsite training
  • Training hours: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
  • After training: Hybrid schedule
  • Shift: 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM
  • Hybrid eligibility is based on attendance, quality, and performance expectations
  • No time off permitted during the first 6 weeks
Responsibilities
  • Handle 30–40 inbound calls per day
  • Assist employees with benefits and insurance-related questions
  • Help employees enroll in and update benefit plans
  • Navigate multiple systems while providing excellent customer service
  • Resolve inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of recent customer service experience
  • Call center experience preferred
  • Front desk or administrative experience may be considered
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable using Windows-based computer systems
  • Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM
  • Reliable internet connection and transportation
  • Ability to work onsite during training
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2+ years of call center experience
  • Mortgage or insurance industry experience
Assessment Requirements

Candidates must pass:

  • Basic Computer Literacy Test (70% passing score)
  • One-Minute Typing Test (35 WPM minimum)

This is an entry-level opportunity with paid training and potential for a hybrid work schedule after successful completion of training.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
