Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs.

Conduct thorough assessments of clients' current insurance policies and recommend appropriate coverage options.

Engage in outside sales activities, including networking and community outreach, to generate new business.

Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies to ensure client satisfaction.

Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout the policy lifecycle.

Stay informed about industry trends, products, and regulations to provide accurate information.

Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve service delivery.

Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations when handling sensitive client information.

  • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
  • Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
  • Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
  • Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
  • Generating insurance quotes.
