We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our fast-paced Recruitment Team supporting security operations across 6 Branch Officers and 10 District Managers. This role is responsible for recruiting, screening, coordinating hiring processes, and maintaining accurate candidate and employee files for Security Officer positions across multiple locations. 

The ideal candidate thrives in a high-volume environment, can manage multiple priorities at once, and is highly organized with strong communication and follow-through skills. Attention to detail and the ability to manage confidential files and documentation accurately are critical to success in this role. 

What Your Day May Look Like

  • Perform various recruitment activities including job posting, screening and interviewing, and sending job offers to potential candidates.
  • Review employment applications and match applicants with job requirements based on best recruiting practices.
  • Communicate regularly with candidates, branch staff, and District Managers regarding hiring status and staffing needs.
  • Identify and carry out sources for recruiting Security Officers, such as job fairs, colleges and universities, community organizations, etc.
  • Organize, upload, audit, and maintain confidential personnel files with utmost discretion.
  • Assist with new hire training and orientation as needed.
  • Carry out various HR/administrative duties.
  • Constant communication with operations management team on recruiting updates, trends, and other hiring factors.

Position Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age.
  • Must have reliable means of communication & transportation.
  • Must have a High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • Proficient understanding of Microsoft Suite, Smartsheet, Oracle, etc. preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills required.
  • Prior 6 months experience in high-volume recruitment preferred.
  • Reliable and self-motivated with strong planning and organization skills.
  • Must be able to take initiative, achieve results, and meet deadlines.
  • Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner.
  • All candidates must be willing to participate in Securitas' pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
