What You'll Be Doing

As an Insulation Installer, you will work on residential and commercial projects, installing insulation and air-sealing products while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Typical responsibilities include:

    • Installing various insulation products in homes and commercial buildings
    • Working with hand tools, power tools, and insulation equipment
    • Loading materials and traveling to job sites in company vehicles
    • Working at heights on ladders, scaffolding, and lifts when needed
    • Preparing job sites and maintaining clean, organized work areas
    • Following manufacturer specifications and company installation standards
    • Participating in safety meetings and maintaining safe work practices
    • Performing pre-trip vehicle inspections and caring for company equipment
    • Communicating with managers and sales staff regarding project needs or changes


Qualifications We're Looking For:
