Reports To: Quality Manager

Job Type: Entry Level Quality / Testing Inspectorย 


Job Summary:ย 

We are seeking a Quality Control Inspector who will perform inspections and verification tasks to ensure products and services meet customer requirements, tolerances, and specifications. This role supports the Quality Assurance Department and helps maintain high standards of product quality.


Key Responsibilities:

Perform set-up, in-process, final, and visual inspections.

  • Checking ย ย ย ย ย materials received for manufacturing.
  • Conducting ย ย ย ย ย electrical test measurements under supervision.

Recording inspection data accurately. Record inspection results using various tools and software.

Work professionally with team members across departments.

Attend required departmental and company meetings.

Complete special projects and assignments as needed.

Continuously look for ways to improve personal skills, the department, and overall processes.

Support internal and external audits when needed.

Requirements

Qualifications:ย 

Required:

  • Ability to inspect and test electrical ย ย ย ย ย systems, components, and materials.
  • Familiarity with instruments such as:ย 
    • Multimeter
    • Vernier ย ย ย ย ย ย calipers, micrometers, gauges
    • Power ย ย ย ย ย ย analyzer
    • Oscilloscope
      ย 

Ability to read and interpret manufacturing drawings

Basic computer skills for accessing instructions, reports, and creating records

Working knowledge of industrial math

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

Preferred:

Lean/Six Sigma experience

Experience with QC-Calc and Inspection Expert

ISO internal/external audit experience

Strong understanding of GD&T (ASME)
