Labcorp is seeking a Key Account (Sales) Executive, to join our team in supporting Portland, OR and surrounding areas.

Do you have entry level sales experience and are looking to join an organization where you can build a career?Are you inspired by the opportunity to bring your talents to our diverse community and challenge the health care industry status quo with innovative testing that puts people first?If so, LabCorp has an exciting opportunity for a Key Account Executive (Sales Representative).

The territory for this position will cover the area southwest of Portland, OR including the communities of Newberg, Tualatin, Tigard, Lake Oswego, West Linn, Oregon City and Salem. There are additional accounts on the coast. The ideal candidate would reside in the territory.

Pay Range: $55,000 - $65,000

All job offers will bebased on a candidate's skills and prior relevant experience, applicabledegrees/certifications,as well as internal equity and market data.

Variable Compensation:

The position is also eligible for commissions under the applicable variable compensation plan. Commissions are earned based on achievement of performance metrics underthe plan.

Benefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.Employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours, Casual, Intern, and Temporary employees are only eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan.Employees who are regularly scheduled toworka 7 on/7 off schedule are eligible to receive all the foregoing benefits except PTO or FTO. Job responsibilities

  • Educates,instructsand upsells all assigned and newly generated accounts in an assigned territory
  • Acts as a liaison between the client and the LabCorp operations team in relation to client needs
  • Providesongoing service and problem resolution to customer base
  • Ensures customer retention byprovidingsuperior customer service
  • Recommends solutions that are client focused and persuasive
  • Providesaccount management forclient'sday to day operations
  • Upsellscurrent book of business to increase organic growth
  • Works closely with senior sales representatives to grow book of business
  • Continuouslyprovideseducational material to the client base
  • Resolves any customer related issuesin a timely manner
  • Meets and exceeds monthly retentionand upsell revenue quota

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3 years' experience in Account Management, Client Success role or client facing.
  • 1 year of clinical operations experience - including an understanding of Electronic Medical Records (EMRs), understanding physician office workflow and service expectation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years managing a customer portfolio, account base, territory or assigned clients as evidence of proven success.
  • 1-2 years entry-level exposure to healthcare, hospitals, diagnostics, pharmaceutical, medical devices, payer organizations, or healthcare services.

  • Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Must be able to travel to cover assigned geographic area.
  • Persuasive verbal and written communication skills
