Summary

Are you looking to advance your career in IT (Information Technology)? We are looking for an entry level candidate with at least 6 months experience working a helpdesk providing end-user support.

The successful candidate will work with our enterprise team providing IT support. For the right candidate this position provides for upward mobility, if you are ambitious and eager to learn then this position is the first step towards a long and rewarding career in the field of IT.

We are an established IT firm in the DFW area, and we are seeking an Entry-Level Support Engineer to join our team.

This position will assist our clients to solve technical support issues, provide remote and on-site support to our client, and work with our deployment team to implement new technologies.

This position is salaried and full-time, verbal and written communications skills are a must as you will be communicating with c-level and end users. This position offers a competitive salary and includes a comprehensive benefits package.


Qualifications


·         Knowledge of Desktop operating systems, productivity application such as MS Office, password resets, basic computer hardware and printer operation.

·         Experience with diagnostic, repair and installation of Windows Systems and application software.

·         Diagnostic remediation of desktops and printers

·         Assist users with technical issues and “how to” questions

·         Installation and configuration of hardware and software systems

·         Write clear and concise documentation and instructions

·         Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in fast paced environment and under pressure

·         Candidate will be required to participate in on-call rotation

·         Continuous improvement keeping current on new technology, industry trends and threats


Education: Associates or Specialized Training in relevant Course work


Experience: 6 months+ Level 1 with desktop, AD user account management, O365 and application support


Preferred Certifications: A+ or equivalent
