We’re part of a growing industrial and engineering family that blends enabling technologies, operational excellence, and strategic M&A to build the next generation American industrial company.

Your day at a glance

Picture a fast-paced production floor humming along because the financial engine you manage runs smoothly:

  • You kick off the morning clearing a queue of high-volume supplier invoices, performing precise three-way matches (PO, receipt, invoice) and resolving price or quantity discrepancies before they can slow Purchasing or Manufacturing.
  • Before lunch, you finalize weekly payment runs, keep an eye on AP aging, and update vendor records to maintain compliance.
  • Afternoons shift to AR: generating timely, accurate invoices across multiple value streams, applying customer payments, and teaming with Customer Service and Sales to resolve billing disputes and keep collections on track.
  • You close the day partnering with Planning, Shipping, and Finance to research inventory or production variances, reconcile accounts, analyze transactions, build reports, and prep for internal/external audits.
What you’ll handle
  • Accounts Payable: High-volume invoice processing; three-way match; discrepancy/pricing resolution; weekly payments; AP aging; month-end accruals; vendor record maintenance and compliance.
  • Accounts Receivable: Create invoices for multiple value streams; cash application; dispute resolution with Customer Service/Sales; collections support.
  • Operations & Close: Cross-functional issue resolution; research of inventory/production-related variances; internal controls adherence; account reconciliations; data analysis and reporting; audit support (internal and external).
What you bring
  • Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1–3 years in AP, AR, or general accounting with proven high-volume accuracy and organization.
  • Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • Detail orientation, strong reconciliation and analytical skills, and a customer-service mindset.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, improve processes, and thrive both independently and on cross-functional teams.
  • Nice to have: Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance/Business; experience supporting multiple facilities/value streams; familiarity with Infor CloudSuite/Syteline; prior manufacturing exposure.
