Position Overview

We are looking for a relentless, organized, and person-centered Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you won’t just be filling seats; you’ll be the engine driving our company’s growth. You will manage the recruitment process for our dealership services roles, such as Photography, Detailing, and Reconditioning, ensuring we hit aggressive hiring targets without sacrificing candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pipeline Management: Manage a high volume of requisitions (typically 20–30) at any given time.
  • Screening & Interviewing: Conduct phone screens
  • Process Optimization: Constantly look for ways to shave minutes off the "time-to-hire" while keeping the "quality-of-hire" high.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Work closely with Hiring Managers and Leadership to understand urgent needs and provide weekly updates on pipeline health.

Required Experience: 2+ years of experience in high-volume recruiting or staffing, in entry level, industrial, light industrial, or services sectors.

Comfortable working toward KPIs like Time-to-Fill, Offer Acceptance Rate, and Retention.

Preferred

  • Advanced Spanish language skills
  • Experience supporting business units in a scaling, private-equity-backed organization
