Job description

Sales Representative (Entry-Level) – In-Person Role

We are currently hiring a Sales Representative to join our growing sales and customer engagement team. If you’re competitive, people-oriented, and looking to build a long-term career in sales, this is a strong starting point. No prior experience is required; we provide structured training and ongoing support. This is an in-person, customer-facing sales role focused on helping individuals explore wireless and cellular solutions while delivering a strong customer experience within an assigned territory.

What You’ll Do

  • Engage with customers using leads in your territory to present wireless, smartphone, and connectivity solutions
  • Guide customers through account setup, service options, and product selection
  • Build rapport quickly and deliver a consultative sales experience
  • Handle customer questions, service updates, and account-related requests
  • Identify opportunities to add value through additional products or services
  • Accurately track interactions and sales activity using internal systems

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication skills and confidence in direct customer interaction
  • A competitive mindset with a desire to perform and improve
  • Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Solution-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
  • No prior experience required; this is an entry-level opportunity

Compensation & Perks

  • W2 position with weekly pay
  • Performance-based income with uncapped earning potential and paid training from day one.
  • Paid, hands-on sales training and ongoing mentorship
  • Clear, merit-based advancement opportunities
  • Consistent full-time schedule
  • Team-oriented environment with regular development opportunities

Start in a role where you build real sales skills, work directly with customers, and have a clear path to grow based on you, not tenure!
