Our Farmers Insurance Agency in Chattanooga, TN is actively hiring an energetic Sales Producer to join our growing team. We believe in investing in our team members from the ground up. You don't need a background in insurance to be successful—we fully sponsor and guide you through your state licensing process, provide comprehensive hands-on training, and supply a steady stream of agency-provided leads so you can focus on building relationships and closing sales.

Responsibilities

Drive New Business: Utilize agency-provided leads and proven outbound call workflows to connect with individuals, families, and businesses throughout the Chattanooga area.


Cross-Sell Product Lines: Advise clients on a comprehensive portfolio of coverage options, including Auto, Home, Life, Health, and Commercial insurance products.


Provide Expert Consultations: Assess client needs, explain policy coverage, present competitive quotes, and secure new policy enrollments.


Build Client Loyalty: Deliver top-tier customer service during the sales process to establish trust and generate strong client referrals.


Maintain Activity Levels: Meet daily call, quote, and application targets while keeping detailed records in our agency CRM.

Requirements

Education Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; background in hospitality, retail, telemarketing, or customer service is helpful, but entry-level candidates are welcome.


Licensing: Willingness to obtain Tennessee Property Casualty (PC) and Life Health (LH) insurance licenses prior to start date or within the onboarding window (100% reimbursed).


Core Competencies: Strong communication skills, self-motivated attitude, and the ability to build quick rapport over the phone and in person.


Tech Capabilities: Proficiency with basic computer software, web navigation, and CRM platforms.


Background Check: Ability to pass a standard state insurance background check.
