Cas Fontenot State Farm in New Orleans is looking for a motivated, professional candidate with a bachelor's degree in Business or a related field to join our agency team.
This is an entry-level opportunity, and previous insurance experience is not required. Whether you're beginning your professional career or transitioning from another industry, this position provides an opportunity to develop valuable skills in sales, customer relationships, business development, and financial services.
We're looking for someone who communicates well, takes initiative, is organized, enjoys working with customers, and is motivated to learn and develop professionally.
Compensation
$34,000-$46,000 base salary + bonus + commissions
Compensation may increase as you develop your sales skills, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to the growth of the agency.
What We're Looking For
