Job assignments are designed to develop familiarity with basic accounting practices and procedures such as calculating, posting, and verifying mathematical records. The position included working with the State's OASIS system and posting information to the agency's web site. Minimum Qualifications Training: Graduation from a standard four-year high school or the equivalent.

Experience: One year of full time or equivalent part time paid clerical experience. Substitution: College hours, related business school, or vocational training may be substituted through an established formula for the required experience.
