Job Summary
The Supply Chain Assistant supports daily supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, logistics coordination, and data analysis. This role helps ensure efficient product flow from suppliers to customers while maintaining accurate records and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with purchase amp; transfer order creation, tracking, and follow-up
  • Monitor inventory levels and help maintain optimal stock
  • Support demand planning and forecasting activities
  • Coordinate inbound shipments with logistics providers
  • Maintain accurate data in ERP
  • Prepare reports on inventory, order status, and supply chain performance
  • Communicate with vendors, warehouses, and internal teams to ensure alignment
  • Assist with cost tracking, invoice reconciliation, and documentation
  • Identify process inefficiencies and support continuous improvement efforts
Qualifications
  • 0–3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations (internships acceptable)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic data analysis)
