Tadmor & Tadmor, LLP, a boutique immigration law firm based in Worcester Massachusetts, is seeking a full-time Legal Assistant to join our practice. This is an entry-level position ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who is interested in immigration law and is looking to gain hands-on legal experience in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist attorneys with the preparation and filing of family-based immigration petitions, visa applications.
  • Collect and organize supporting documentation from clients.
  • Draft forms, letters, and supporting statements under attorney supervision.
  • Maintain client files and track case progress.
  • Communicate with clients regarding documentation, timelines, and status updates.
