Experience in working with teams following agile (eg scrum) as well as waterfall methodologies and multi-vendor environment
Excellent business analysis skills with banking domain knowledge
Experience with BPM/BRMS tools like Pega / IBM ILOG
Prior working knowledge in ALM, Rally, MS SQL Server Management Studio & SharePoint platforms
Preferred - Experience with FreeMarker Template Language (FTL) and OpenOffice
Preferred - Experience with authoring, updating, and maintaining business rules in IBM ODM (Jrules) and DVS testing
