Starting Pay: $19.00 per hour DOE

Job Description:

This entry-level to early-career position works closely with HVAC Journeyman and lead Installers while learning proper installation techniques, safety standards, and trade skills. The ideal candidate is motivated, dependable, and interested in building a long-term career in the HVAC trade.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the installation of residential HVAC systems in new commercial construction
  • Support installation of furnaces, air handlers, condensers, ductwork, refrigerant lines, and related components
  • Load, stage, and transport tools, materials, and equipment to job sites
  • Follow mechanical plans, work orders, and supervisor instructions
  • Maintain job site cleanliness and organization
  • Comply with all safety policies, OSHA standards, and company procedures
  • Observe and learn proper HVAC installation techniques and best practices
  • Accurately complete assigned job documentation as directed
  • Communicate effectively with crew members and supervisors

Qualifications:

  • Entry-level HVAC experience or trade school coursework preferred but not required
  • Interest in pursuing an HVAC apprenticeship or journeyman career path
  • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
