Join our Engineering team as a PM Maintenance Technician and help keep our beautiful mountain lodge and guest facilities operating at their best.
As a PM Maintenance Technician, you'll play a vital role in creating a safe, comfortable, and memorable experience for our guests by maintaining guest rooms, public spaces, and building systems. If you're dependable, mechanically inclined, and enjoy a variety of maintenance work, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
  • Respond to maintenance requests from guest rooms and departments in a timely manner.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on guest rooms, HVAC systems, kitchen equipment, laundry equipment, and building systems.
  • Troubleshoot and complete basic repairs involving:
    • Electrical systems
    • Plumbing
    • Carpentry
    • Painting
    • Mechanical equipment
  • Repair or replace light fixtures, switches, outlets, locks, plumbing fixtures, and other building components.
  • Maintain HVAC equipment by changing filters, belts, and performing routine inspections. MUST HAVE HVAC EXPERIENCE.
  • Assist with furniture repairs, drywall repairs, painting, shelving, and other facility improvement projects.
  • Conduct routine inspections to identify safety concerns and maintenance needs.
  • Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean, organized, and in good working order.
  • Work closely with Housekeeping, Front Desk, and other departments to ensure guest rooms are ready and building operations run smoothly.
  • Assist with emergency maintenance situations and special projects as assigned.
We're Looking For Someone Who
  • Has experience in general building maintenance, hotel maintenance, construction, or a related trade.
  • Has working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
  • Enjoys troubleshooting and finding practical solutions.
  • Can prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Takes pride in producing quality work.
  • Has excellent customer service skills and enjoys helping guests and coworkers.
  • Is dependable, safety-conscious, and willing to learn.
  • Can lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks including standing, climbing ladders, kneeling, bending, and working both indoors and outdoors.
