Job description

An HVAC Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. This role requires both technical expertise and a strong knowledge of HVAC systems and related equipment. The technician will work on various HVAC units, including residential, commercial, and industrial systems, ensuring that they operate efficiently and meet safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Installation & Setup
    • Install heating, cooling, and ventilation systems in residential and commercial properties.
    • Ensure systems are installed according to manufacturer specifications and local codes.
    • Conduct system testing after installation to confirm proper operation.
  3. Maintenance & Inspection
    • Perform regular maintenance on HVAC systems, including cleaning, tuning, and replacing parts such as filters, belts, and etc.
    • Inspect HVAC systems to identify potential issues and recommend necessary repairs or upgrades.
    • Keep detailed records of system maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
  5. Repairs
    • Troubleshoot HVAC system issues, identify the root cause, and perform repairs to restore system functionality.
    • Replace defective components or units, such as compressors, thermostats, motors, etc.
    • Ensure that all repairs meet safety and regulatory standards.
  7. Customer Service
