About the Role:
DAYCOOL HEATING & AIR INC is looking for a skilled HVAC Installer to join our growing team in Mobile, AL!  This is your chance to bring comfort to homes and businesses while building a rewarding career with a company that values craftsmanship and quality. Responsibilities:
  • Install residential and commercial HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to ensure proper system installation
  • Connect electrical wiring, refrigerant lines, and condensate drains to new and replacement units
  • Perform system startups, testing, and commissioning to verify proper operation
  • Collaborate with service technicians and project managers to meet installation timelines
  • Maintain a clean, safe job site and adhere to all local codes and safety regulations
  • Communicate professionally with customers and address any installation-related questions or concerns
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of hands-on HVAC installation experience preferred
  • EPA 608 Certification required or ability to obtain
  • Solid understanding of HVAC systems, ductwork, and refrigeration principles
