We’re an established 20-year HVAC service provider serving Skagit County and the surrounding area with reliable commercial and residential heating and cooling solutions. Due to growth and continued demand, we’re seeking an experienced HVAC Service Manager to lead our service operations and help drive quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Position: HVAC Service Manager
Location: Skagit County Area
Full-Time

Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day service department operations
  • Support and coordinate technicians, scheduling, and workflow
  • Ensure quality workmanship, strong documentation, and consistent customer experience
  • Handle service escalations, communication, and follow-through
  • Help improve processes, productivity, and job profitability
  • Maintain alignment between customer needs, dispatch, and the team’s capabilities
Qualifications
  • Prior HVAC service experience
  • Prior management, lead, supervisor, or dispatch experience
  • Strong understanding of HVAC service operations
  • Proven ability to lead a team, stay organized, and solve problems
  • Familiarity with estimating, job tracking, scheduling, and customer communication
  • Commitment to safety, professionalism, and quality
