Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems and lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions.
Responsibilities:
  • Complete all general HVAC in-home service calls.
  • Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.
  • Understand service criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals.
  • Be accurate and timely with job documentation, estimates, invoices, time cards, curbside feedback, and option sheets.
  • Participate in training, allowing you to grow and develop as a professional

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of residential HVAC experience
  • Develop a proven track record in diagnosing and repairing heating and cooling systems
  • EPA Universal certification preferred or willingness to obtain
  • Continued education and training to obtain NATE certification
  • Knowledge of local HVAC codes and ability to make on-the-job applications
  • Ability to work in a positive team environment
  • Self-starter who can get the job done
  • Develop a proven track record in pipe repair, fixture installation, gas leak testing, and repair
  • Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities
