Covenant Air Systems is a small family-owned HVAC business in search of an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team. We are seeking an honest, hard-working individual that is extremely reliable, professional, and detail-oriented.

Job Summary

Our HVAC Service Technician will be responsible for resolving heating and air solution issues for our commercial customers while maintaining proper documentation of the work performed and great customer service.

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain, install, and repair ventilation, air conditioning systems, ductwork, ice machines, and equipment at commercial work sites.
  • Identify maintenance risks on equipment.
  • Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems, heating systems, and ice machines.
  • Clean, adjust and repair systems, and perform warranty services.
  • Establish and maintain excellent customer service and relationships with commercial clients.
  • Assist commercial customers with explanation of products, service features, and resolve heating, air and air solution issues, as well as any ice machine issues when needed.
  • Ensure good time management in order to meet job deadlines.
  • Keep proper and clear documentation for smooth communication to the administrative team.
  • Prepare your truck ahead of time to ensure all the materials and equipment are stocked and there when you need them.
  • Operate company vehicles in a safe and responsible manner, ensuring they are consistently clean, well-maintained, and in proper working condition.

  • Bend, lift, open, and move product up to 50-100 pounds as needed
