Job description

Tuckers Air Conditioning, Heating & Plumbing of Frederick, MD is looking to hire a full-time HVAC Technician / Installer to provide excellent customer service which results in repeat business when going into our clients' homes and commercial buildings and replacing HVAC systems, ductwork, and wiring. The typical schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm with one weekend on call each month.
Our HVAC Technician / Installer position offers a competitive salary of $70,000-$120,000/year plus excellent benefits. We pay for 50% of our employees' health insurance, 2% match healthcare, 2 weeks of paid vacation initially, increasing up to 4 weeks as you grow with the company, in addition to offering a 401k with match, paid vacations, paid holidays, and quarterly company events. QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN HVAC TECHNICIAN / INSTALLER
  • Maryland HVAC license
  • Experience in the HVAC industry
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check and periodic drug testing
  • Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and perform typical tasks associated with installing heating and cooling systems
