Pay: $65,000 - $140,000+/Year (Uncapped Commission)

What you will do:
  • Diagnose any problems with HVAC equipment in residential settings
  • Stay current on new products and technologies in the field
  • Run service calls - repair and/or replace parts on equipment as necessary
  • Identify opportunities for new equipment replacement - effectively communicate with the customer and install team to build and execute sales of new equipment
  • Clearly document and communicate the details of each call to ensure Master Services is able to follow up or execute future jobs as needed

What YOU will bring:
  • 2-5 Years HVAC sales and service experience
  • HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school
  • Valid drivers' license
  • Ability to handle heavy equipment
