We are seeking an experienced Licensed HVAC Technician (RT) to join our team supporting commercial customers throughout Western and Central Massachusetts.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled HVAC professional who enjoys troubleshooting complex equipment, solving challenging problems, and providing high-quality service to commercial customers. Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems
  • Perform preventative maintenance and service on commercial HVAC equipment
  • Respond to customer service calls and resolve equipment issues efficiently
  • Communicate professionally and courteously with customers
  • Maintain a clean, professional appearance and work environment
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures
  • Comply with EPA Section 608, OSHA, and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations
  • Maintain all required licenses and certifications

  • Respond to service needs on short notice when required
Qualifications
  • Current Massachusetts Refrigeration Technician License required
  • EPA 608 Universal Certification required
  • Previous commercial HVAC experience required
  • Clean driving record required
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to respond to service needs on short notice
  • MA Oil Burner Technician Certificate preferred, but not required
Physical Requirements

The position requires the ability to walk, stand, climb ladders and stairs, reach, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and work in a variety of commercial environments. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently, 51–100 lbs. occasionally, and heavier items on rare occasions.
