Job Description

As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for providing customer-focused leadership and guidance to ensure a safe work environment, high-quality results, and strong productivity. You will also play a key role in mentoring and training team members, as well as supporting any individuals who may benefit from your expertise and leadership. 

Job Requirements

  • Experience in residential and commercial HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including split systems, package units, heat pumps, rooftop units (RTU's), chillers, boilers, and ventilation systems
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex heating, cooling, and ventilation issues for both residential and commercial clients
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to customers in a clear and professional manner
  • Commitment to delivering safe, high-quality work and maintaining professional standards

Qualifications

  • Valid EPA certification
  • Valid HVAC license or the ability to obtain one
  • Valid NM Driver's License with insurable driving record
