BECOMING OUR HVAC TECHNICIAN
Schedule:
You typically work Monday - Friday from 8 AM - 5 PM, with an on-call rotation usually twice a month. Plus, we offer a consistent workflow and always have overtime available for those who want it.
Day-to-Day:
As an HVAC Technician, your day starts with reviewing your schedule and preparing for tasks ranging from routine maintenance to diagnosing issues and installing new systems in clients' homes or light commercial buildings in Cuyahoga and Lake counties. You aim to provide exceptional service that ensures customer satisfaction and generates repeat business and referrals. Additionally, you will expand your skills with geothermal and radiant systems, working on cutting-edge technologies and tackling diverse challenges in retrofit, renovation, and new construction projects, offering continual learning and growth opportunities in your career!
Qualifications:
  • EPA certified
  • Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and perform typical tasks associated with servicing heating and cooling systems
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record

Previous HVAC service experience is preferred, but not required. We will train the right person!
