What You’ll DoAs a Machine Operator, you’ll play a key role in producing high-quality medical components:
- Set up and operate production and CNC machinery
- Monitor machines during production to ensure efficiency and quality
- Perform precision inspections to meet strict medical standards
- Troubleshoot minor issues and make basic adjustments
- Follow cleanroom protocols and safety guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to keep production running smoothly

What We’re Looking For- 2+ years of machine operating experience
- Experience with machine setup, operation, or inspection
- Exposure to or ability to learn CNC equipment
- Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
- Ability to follow cleanroom and safety procedures

Preferred (Not Required)- Entry-level CNC machining experience
- Experience in medical device or precision manufacturing

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
