🛠️ What You’ll Do

As a Machine Operator, you’ll play a key role in producing high-quality medical components:

• Set up and operate production and CNC machinery
• Monitor machines during production to ensure efficiency and quality
• Perform precision inspections to meet strict medical standards
• Troubleshoot minor issues and make basic adjustments
• Follow cleanroom protocols and safety guidelines
• Collaborate with team members to keep production running smoothly

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of machine operating experience
• Experience with machine setup, operation, or inspection
• Exposure to or ability to learn CNC equipment
• Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
• Ability to follow cleanroom and safety procedures

• Entry-level CNC machining experience
• Experience in medical device or precision manufacturing

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milwaukee, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
