Right now, we (Scott Tatro & Associates) are looking for candidates in the Akron/Cuyahoga Falls/Stow and surrounding area to lead a team of insurance professionals and help customers protect their homes, cars, boats...and lives. You'll be responsible for implementation of the agency’s policies and procedures, servicing current clients and staff development/training. 
Job Responsibilities of an agency office customer service manager 
  • Build agency reputation and growth through positive customer relations, service programs and social media outlets.  
  • Create and enforce office policies, standards, and procedures to help the agency run smoothly and profitable 
  • Supervise personnel, manage daily service operations, and hold staff accountable to their performance goals 
  • Assist in customer claims, policy changes along with processing and resolution 
Job Requirements of an agency office customer service manager 
     *   Must have a Property and casualty license and experience in working in an Insurance Agency.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication/interpersonal skills 
  • Ability to effectively lead and coach a team; management experience is a plus 
  • Highly capable of managing all business operations 
  • Straight-forward communicator, DEPENDABLE and strong leadership skills 
  • Must have working knowledge of insurance.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multi-task 
  • Passionate about relationship building, genuinely caring and driven to fulfill customers’ needs 
  • Bilingual skills are a plus 
  • Allstate experience is a MAJOR PLUS!
