What does an entry level home inspector do?

An entry level home inspector examines residential properties to assess their condition and identify any potential issues or safety concerns. They typically inspect major systems such as roofing, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC, as well as the structure, foundation, and exterior. Entry level inspectors document their findings in detailed reports for home buyers, sellers, or real estate professionals. These reports help clients make informed decisions about property purchases or repairs. Strong communication, customer service, and time management skills help inspectors clearly convey findings and build client trust. These skills ensure accurate, thorough inspections and effective client interactions, which are crucial for safety and reputation in the field.
