Ridge Valley Exteriors is looking for energetic, outgoing Sales Assistants to join our Raleigh, NC team. This is an active, field-based, part-time Sales Assistant role ideal for individuals who enjoy being outdoors, meeting new people, and developing valuable sales skills that can lead to a high-earning career. As a Sales Assistant, you will be the first point of contact with homeowners—generating leads, scheduling free exterior inspections, and helping homeowners discover solutions for their roofing and exterior improvement needs.
Schedule
This is a part-time role with shifts scheduled within the 11:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. timeframe. Candidates must be available to work between 11:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.; however, they may not be scheduled for the full eight-hour shift each day.
What You’ll Be Doing
  •  Knock on residential doors in assigned neighborhoods. 
  •  Engage homeowners in friendly conversations about their roofing and exterior needs. 
  •  Schedule free inspections and consultations with our sales team. 
  •  Work alongside experienced sales representatives to keep their calendars full. 
  •  Track activity and appointments using simple reporting tools. 
  •  Distribute marketing materials and promote Ridge Valley Exteriors’ services. 
  •  Report daily activity and results to sales leadership. 
  •  Learn professional sales and communication skills that can accelerate your career growth.
