Schedule: 
Monday-Friday 7:30am-5:00pm
Job duties:  
  • Assist with personal care accordance with individualized care plans
  • Assist with activities of daily living accordance with individualized care plans
  • Document care provided and report changes in clients status to supervisor
  • Companionship
