What You'll Do
As a Technician, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while performing preventive vehicle maintenance services.
Responsibilities include:
- Greet customers and provide a welcoming experience
- Perform oil changes and other preventive maintenance services
- Educate customers on recommended vehicle maintenance services
- Work efficiently while maintaining service quality and safety standards
- Operate point-of-sale systems and process customer transactions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow company procedures, safety standards, and service processes
- Collaborate with team members to achieve operational and sales goals
- Learn multiple positions within the shop and assist where needed
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities
