Southeastern Site Development, Inc. is a leading heavy civil construction company operating throughout Georgia. As a company specializing in roadway construction, underground utilities, mass grading & excavation, bridge construction and concrete structures, we are proud to support the Georgia HEO Pathway Program and the next generation of skilled construction professionals entering the industry.


If you have completed the HEO Pathway Program and are ready to take the next step into heavy civil construction, this opportunity is designed for you. This entry-level position allows you to continue learning, gain hands-on experience, and work alongside experienced professionals on active projects throughout Georgia.


The HEO program provided the foundation -- now it is time to gain real-world experience in the field.


Key Responsibilities

  • Work with crews on heavy civil construction projects
  • Learn safe practices around heavy equipment and active jobsites
  • Continue developing industry and operator skills
  • Assist with grading, utilities, concrete and site development work
