Responsible for identifying, collecting, analyzing, and maintaining data to evaluate issues that support prospective business decisions.  Coordinate projects for senior management. Other related skills and/or abilities may be required to perform this job. The maximum hourly rate reflects budget estimates only and does not reflect the final negotiated rate.

Qualifications

Strong communication skills are required to understand, interpret, and communicate ideas.  Comprehensive knowledge and use of Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and MS Word.  Working knowledge of SAS or SQL is desirable.  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail is required.  Ability to work independently.  Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and consistently meet strict project deadlines.  Knowledge of BCBSM's prescription drug programs and the PBM industry is a plus.
