Our ever-growing portfolio of companies collaborates to deliver advanced industrial safety solutions that set the standard for excellence.
As our business continues to grow, we continue to look for top talent to join our team as we lead the charge in revolutionizing industrial safety, ensuring that every worker returns home safe, every workplace remains secure, and our environment thrives for generations to come. With Justrite Safety Group, safety isn't just a priority - it's our passion.
The Position:
The STUD-E™ Technician is an entry level professional role that is a member of the Justrite sales team. As a member of our Sales team, The STUD-E Program team is passionate about improving safety and compliance across manufacturing plants and customer sites. You'll work alongside dedicated champions, who have deep expertise and strong customer commitment. Together, the team helps customers prevent costly compliance issues, improve processes, and achieve safer, more efficient workplaces.
The STUD-E program is an in-house software product that is used to make safety assessments at various facilities and customer sites. STUD-E stands for "Standard Threat Understanding Document and Easy!" This role will deliver focused product training, hazard recognition, and compliance gap assessments using our STUD-E platform and mobile app. You will be an expert on the STUD-E system, traveling nationwide to conduct site visits, training our customers on how to best use our products (train-the-trainer model), and supporting our sales team during customer engagements. This role bridges technical or product expertise with customer-facing support, ensuring organizations strengthen safety and compliance practices while identifying opportunities for process improvements.
What you will do at Justrite:

  • Support sales teams with customer visits, presentations, and live tool demonstrations.
  • Document findings and deliver easy-to-understand compliance reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to recommend and support product enhancements.
  • Promote safety improvements that reduce risks, prevent fines, and support business outcomes.

Basic Qualifications
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Environmental Safety (OHES), Safety, Industrial Supervision or Operations Management.
  • OR sales-related education (e.g., sales certificate) with demonstrated business acumen and soft skills
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively within the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications
  • OSHA training or certifications
  • Experience with safety audits, hazard recognition, or compliance assessments
  • Background in manufacturing or industrial environments

Compensation:
