This is an excellent opportunity for someone with customer service, retail, receptionist, office, banking, hospitality, or call center experience who is looking to build a long\-term career. Industry experience is not required-we're willing to train the right person!<\/b>
<\/p>What You'll Do

  • Answer a high volume of inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently

  • Assist customers with questions regarding products, services, and orders

  • Process customer orders accurately
    <\/li>\n
  • Update customer accounts and information in the system
    <\/li>\n
  • Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude
    <\/li>\n
  • Provide exceptional customer service on every interaction
    <\/li>\n
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain customer records
    <\/li>\n
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
    <\/li>\n
  • Handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail

  • Support daily office operations as needed
