We are hiring! Workforce Enterprises is seeking a Warehouse Control Tower to work out of our San Bernardino Grocery Warehouse , working directly within the warehouse team to ensure smooth inventory management and client communication.


This role involves regular interaction with clients and support operations to maintain efficient workflows during standard warehouse shifts. The position offers a competitive hourly wage and emphasizes teamwork, accuracy, and problem resolution in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities


Manage and track inventory accurately within the warehouse system

Communicate regularly with clients to address inquiries and provide updates

Resolve customer complaints promptly to maintain satisfaction

Perform data entry to update order and inventory records

Collaborate effectively with the warehouse team to support operational goals


Preferred Qualifications


Entry-level experience in customer service or inventory

Knowledge of order processing and warehouse operations
