Job Description

The Graphic Design Assistant is responsible for assisting the Marketing team with administrative tasks including; creating print and digital materials, social media, and signage.    Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs

Job Responsibilities

•   Create print and digital materials including flyers, brochures, posters, social media graphics, menus, signage, presentations, and promotional collateral.

  • Maintain quality standards throughout the design and production process, ensuring accuracy, brand compliance, and professional presentation.
  • Support marketing campaigns, meal plan promotions, events, and operational communications.
  • Capture and edit high-quality photography of food, dining locations, and people.
  • Manage project workflows, timelines, approvals, revisions, and feedback.
  • Maintain organized electronic files and project documentation.
  • Coordinate production, ordering, and distribution of marketing materials as needed.
  • Support additional graphic design needs at the regional or corporate level when requested.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications

•    Prior graphic design experience preferred 
•    The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Microsoft applications, including but not limited to: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel 
•    Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
•    Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
•    Requires frequent performance of repetitive motions with hands and/or arms
