JOB SUMMARY:

Overall Summary of Function

The Graphic Designer at Blueprint Studios is an entry-level creative role focused on execution, learning, and

growth within the event and experiential design space. This position supports the creative team by producing

high-quality design assets across print, digital, motion, and environmental applications.

This role is ideal for a designer who is eager to learn, comfortable experimenting, and excited by emerging

tools, especially AI-assisted design and video. You’ll work under the guidance of senior designers and creative

leadership while building real-world experience in large-scale, fast-paced event production.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Design Production & Support

● Support the design team in creating graphics for events, environments, signage, presentations, and

branded experiences

● Execute design tasks based on creative direction, templates, and established brand systems

● Prepare clean, organized files for internal review and production

Assist with revisions, versioning, and asset management across multiple projects

AI-Driven Design

● Actively experiment with AI tools (Nano Banana, Freepik/Magnific ) for ideation, visual exploration, and

asset generation

● Learn how to write, refine, and apply prompts under the guidance of senior team members

● Assist in generating concept visuals, mood boards, and exploratory assets using AI tools

● Stay curious about new AI workflows and contribute ideas for improving creative efficiency

Production & Technical Excellence

● Collaborate with prepress, production, and fabrication teams to ensure designs translate flawlessly into

physical space

● Design with real-world constraints in mind, including large-format printing, fabrication, materials, and

installation

● Participate in creative reviews, client presentations, and internal brainstorms

● Create short-form motion graphics and video content for screens, presentations, and event

environments

● Assist in editing video assets and adapting content for different formats and resolutions

● Support senior designers with motion-based design needs when required

Collaboration & Learning

● Work closely with senior designers, art directors, and production teams

● Receive feedback openly and apply revisions efficiently

● Learn best practices for event design, large-format production, and real-world implementation


QUALIFICATIONS:

At Minimum Training, Education & Experience

● 3 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in events, experiential, environmental, or

large-format design

● Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

● Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy

● Working knowledge of AI image-generation and design-assist tools.

● Hungry to learn new AI programs.

● Demonstrated ability to create and refine effective prompts for AI tools

● Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field

● Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography

● Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite
