Instant Imprints Boise is looking for a hands-on, hardworking person to help keep production moving, installations getting done right, and the shop clean, organized, and ready for the next job.

This is a true production-floor role. It is ideal for someone who likes working with their hands, staying busy, learning practical skills, and taking pride in doing solid work. This position is not focused on graphic design. Instead, it focuses on production support, installation, removals, shop organization, and helping the team execute at a high level.

Position Summary

The Production & Installation Associate supports day-to-day production and shop operations. You will assist with sign production, vinyl prep, graphic installation, graphic removals, material handling, equipment support, shop cleanup, and general production tasks that keep jobs on schedule.

This is a hands-on role with room to grow into more advanced production and installation responsibilities over time.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist with the production of signs, banners, decals, and other visual graphics
  • Help prep, weed, tape, trim, mount, assemble, and package jobs for delivery or installation
  • Install wall graphics, window graphics, and other signage
  • Assist with vehicle graphic installs and removals
  • Remove old vinyl, signage, and graphics cleanly and carefully
  • Prep surfaces, tools, and materials for installations
  • Load, unload, move, and organize materials throughout the shop
  • Help operate production equipment after training
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production area
  • Keep installation tools, materials, and work areas in order
  • Support quality control by checking finished pieces for accuracy and cleanliness
  • Assist with deliveries, pickups, and general shop tasks as needed
  • Represent Instant Imprints professionally with customers on-site and in the shop

  • Ability to lift and carry signs, boxes, rolls of media, and production materials
  • Ability to work on ladders and perform installation tasks safely
