Working Hours: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM or 7:30 AM–3:30 PM; Hybrid Role, needs to be in office 2-3 days a week

Role Overview

  • The Communication Coordinator will support the Employer Brand team across all regions and will be part of the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Candidates who are proficient in Spanish are strongly preferred. Remote candidates may be considered only if they are strong candidates with professional Spanish proficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support corporate communications, employer branding, and recruitment marketing initiatives.
  • Create and coordinate marketing and communication materials, including:
  • Visuals and graphics
  • Recruitment templates
  • Information sheets
  • Event signage
  • Job advertisements
  • Out-of-home advertising materials
  • Other employer-branding content
  • Focus heavily on content creation, development, and preparation of materials for distribution.
  • Support recruitment and employer-branding events, including:
  • Preparing event materials and templates
  • Creating signage and information sheets
  • Coordinating volunteers
  • Supporting event logistics and communications
  • Coordinate email communications and other internal/external communication materials.
  • Support marketing campaigns and recruitment marketing activities.
  • Participate in intake calls with stakeholders and help translate requirements into actionable communication and marketing materials.
  • Assist with stakeholder management and execute tasks related to recruitment marketing strategies.
  • Review and proofread content in Spanish and assist with translation when working with Spanish-speaking stakeholders.
  • Follow brand standards and established design templates to ensure consistency across materials.
  • Use simple design principles to create and edit content and communication materials.
