Plumb Bros LLC is a growing plumbing company serving residential, commercial, and multifamily customers throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area. We are looking for a motivated and creative Entry-Level Marketing Specialist to help grow our brand, strengthen our online presence, and support our company’s marketing efforts.
Position Overview:
The Marketing Specialist will work closely with management to develop and execute marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and strengthen Plumb Bros LLC’s presence in the local market.
The ideal candidate will have either:
  • A degree or certificate in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or a related field
  • Be currently enrolled in a Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or related program
  • OR have at least 1–2 years of professional marketing experience
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage social media content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms
  • Create engaging photos, videos, graphics, and written content for the company
  • Plan and maintain a consistent social media posting schedule
  • Assist with developing marketing campaigns and promotional strategies
  • Create marketing materials including flyers, advertisements, digital graphics, and promotional content
  • Photograph and record company projects, employees, vehicles, events, and completed work
  • Create short-form video content and promotional videos
  • Help improve the company’s online presence and brand awareness
  • Research local marketing opportunities and potential customer markets
  • Research competitors and identify marketing trends and opportunities
  • Assist with lead-generation strategies and customer outreach
