Marketing Administrative Assistant I - various locations
As a Marketing Assistant I their role will be in supporting the marketing team to enhance our brand presence and promote our services. You will be responsible for executing marketing strategies, coordinating promotional activities, and collaborating with departments to ensure the successful implementation of marketing initiatives.
Level:
Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job.
What you will do:
  • Work closely with the marketing team, as well as cross-functionally with engineers and project managers, to gather information for marketing materials.
  • Assist in development of marketing proposals, resumes, project sheets and other collateral.
  • Utilize CRM to run reports and maintain pursuit records.
  • Oversee DOT precertification application process and records.
  • Work with employees to document activities in CRM.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and potential clients to inform marketing strategies.
  • Analyze marketing data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of deliverables and provide insights for improvement.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all deliverables.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including organizing files, maintaining vendor registrations, monitoring multiple email inboxes, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
