We execute the vision of the world’s finest architects, experiential graphics designers, landscape architects, and exhibit designers, producing extremely high fit and finish custom products for a wide variety of venues.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Entry-Level Metal Fabricator position is designed for recent graduates of vocational and trade school programs, such as welding, metal fabrication, or related skilled trades programs. This role provides an opportunity to apply foundational technical training in a hands-on manufacturing environment while continuing to develop fabrication skills and industry experience.

As a key member of the Metal Fabrication team, the Fabricator is responsible for successfully interpreting drawings, manufacturing and finishing and assembling projects on time to the required quality standards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Cut, fit, weld, and grind and final/finish various metal extrusions and sheet to plan.
  • Finish the final assembly of products to the required level of fit and finish.
  • Able to work with a team of Fabricators or alone to complete projects.
  • Complete assigned work to the required standard while staying on schedule.
  • Engage in manufacturing activities including, but not limited to, interpreting plans, cutting, assembling and modifying parts, installation, prototyping, and sampling.
  • Maintain knowledge and skills in all areas of fabrication.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Vocational school
  • Use and knowledge of hand, power, and basic fabrication tools (Sanders, Grinders, Drills, Saws, etc.).
  • Basic shop math skills (decimals, fractions, equations.)
  • Experience working from shop drawings and verbal instruction.

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • WABO/AWS certification desired

SCHEDULE:

  • Monday-Thursday; 5am to 3:30pm
