Roles & Responsibilities

  • Full-cycle recruiting through an ATS (Sourcing, vetting, screening, scheduling, and interviewing) for entry-level to mid-level positions
  • Communicate & coordinate the interview process with candidates and managers
  • Track candidate progress and maintain recruitment records
  • Coordinate the onboarding process (Job offers, background checks, new hire packets, etc.)
  • Assist with I9 documentation & E-Verify process
  • Assist with new hire orientation
  • Write and modify new & existing job listings
  • Support internal transfer & promotion requests
  • Attend career fairs and assist with hiring events as needed
  • Assist in other HR functions or ad hoc projects when needed

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
  • 1-2 years of recruiting experience is preferred
  • Familiarity with an HRIS or ATS System
    • Experience with BambooHR or a similar ATS system is a plus
  • Must demonstrate a high level of confidentiality
  • Great organizational and follow-up skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Familiarity with the Google Workspace (ie., Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Mail)
  • Literacy with Mac OS computer systems


Working Hours & Hours of Operation

Reno, Nevada: Monday - Thursday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm with a 30-minute lunch, Fridays 8:00 am - 4:30 pm with a 30-minute lunch
