Compensation: $55,000 base salary plus performance-based bonus potential

Position Overview

Hosteeva is seeking a motivated and highly organized Sales Development & Marketing Coordinator to help create new business opportunities and keep our sales pipeline active, accurate, and moving.

This is a sales-heavy support position focused primarily on prospect research, lead generation, outbound activity, CRM management, follow-up, and meeting coordination. The person in this role will help identify and engage potential customers but will not be responsible for conducting full sales demonstrations, negotiating contracts, or closing deals.


Approximately 75% of the role will focus on sales development and sales administration, with approximately 25% supporting marketing execution and related administrative projects.

This is a fully on-site position based in one of Hosteeva’s offices in New Orleans, LA; Gulf Shores/Orange Beach, AL; Myrtle Beach, SC; or Gatlinburg, TN.


Primary ResponsibilitiesLead Generation and Sales Support
  • Research vacation rental managers, hotels, developers, property owners, associations, and other qualified prospects.
  • Identify appropriate decision-makers and verify their contact information, company details, email addresses, LinkedIn profiles, and website domains.
  • Build and maintain targeted prospect lists based on assigned markets, company types, and campaigns.
  • Source qualified new contacts weekly..
  • Execute approved email, LinkedIn, phone, and SMS outreach.
  • Monitor responses, identify interested prospects, and schedule qualified meetings for the sales team.
  • Follow up with conference leads, referrals, older prospects, and previous campaign contacts.
  • Prepare company, property, contact, and market research before sales meetings.
  • Suggest new lead sources, target markets, outreach ideas, and process improvements.
  • Support the Director of Sales and Marketing with follow-up tasks, meeting preparation, and pipeline organization.
CRM and Sales Administration
  • Use HubSpot as the primary system of record for sales activity.
  • Add and update contacts, companies, deals, notes, tasks, lead statuses, and next steps.
  • Upload and maintain contact lists and campaigns in HubSpot, AnyBiz, and supporting spreadsheets.
  • Identify and correct duplicate, outdated, incomplete, or improperly categorized records.
  • Ensure outreach, replies, calls, meetings, and follow-up activity are recorded accurately.
  • Track active prospects and ensure each viable lead has a clear next action.
  • Prepare concise weekly reports covering new contacts, outreach activity, responses, meetings scheduled, opportunities, and blockers.
Marketing and Administrative Support
  • Maintain and help execute the approved content calendar.
  • Schedule approved social media posts, email campaigns, and marketing content.
  • Create and edit basic graphics using Canva.
  • Complete straightforward short-form video edits using Canva, VEED, CapCut, or similar tools.
  • Format captions, LinkedIn posts, emails, presentations, and sales materials.
  • Create UTM links and maintain campaign-tracking spreadsheets.
  • Support newsletters, lead forms, landing-page projects, conference follow-up, and testimonial initiatives.
  • Organize marketing files, conference materials, videos, QR codes, and shared sales assets.
  • Assist with other sales and marketing projects as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Previous professional experience in lead generation, sales support, business development, marketing coordination, CRM administration, or a related position.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Genuine interest in prospecting and creating new business opportunities.
  • Strong online research, organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and communicating with prospective customers.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines without constant reminders.
  • Experience with HubSpot or another CRM is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn prospecting, Google Workspace, Canva, VEED, CapCut, or similar tools is helpful.
  • Hospitality, vacation rental, property management, travel, or software experience is a plus.
