Description
Under the direction of the supervisor, perform a variety of entry level grounds maintenance, landscaping and repair work associated to the golf course, sites. Perform tasks involving the care and maintenance of greens, fairways, traps, tees, shrubbery and other areas of the golf course in order to maintain acceptable appearance and meet golfing standards. Work involves operation and preventive maintenance of golf course with heavy equipment. Operate triplex greens mower, walking and triplex riding power mower, self-propelled varticut machine and other equipment. Assist other maintenance personnel in the performance of duties.
Requirements
  • One to two years of general laborer/maintenance experience working on a golf course or landscaping preferred.
  • Valid California Driver License and insurable on company policy.
  • High School diploma or GED preferred.
